We spotted fashion queen, Lady Gaga, at the Bambi Awards wearing the most gorgeous Alexander McQueen dress! Rarely do we describe something Lady Gaga is wearing as "gorgeous" but this dress was truly amazing. We loved the gold head piece and bodice and the ivory ruffled skirt. It was just a beautiful piece of art and the true meaning of high fashion. Only Lady Gaga could of pulled of this look and she did it perfectly!
