Staind Documentary Is Tough For Frontman To Watch


Rockers Staind documented the making of their latest album on film because they knew the recording sessions would make for great drama.

The band almost broke up during the tense recording process and drummer Jon Wysocki quit - but frontman Aaron Lewis admits he's glad they captured it all on film, even if parts are "painful" for him to watch.

He says, "It's kinda like (Metallica documentary) Some Kind of Monster on steroids... When I see it, I realise how much of a perfectionist I can be in the studio. If I hear something a certain way, I push and push and push until it comes out that way. I can be an a**hole when I bubble over."
