Spielberg's Tintin A Big Hit In Europe
Steven Spielberg's new Tintin movie is an international smash-hit - and it has yet to debut in North America.
The Adventures of Tintin: Secret of the Unicorn opened in Europe to rave reviews last week (ends28Oct11) and shot to the top of the box office in 17 countries, making an estimated $55.8 million (£34.9 million).
The film doesn't open in America until 21 December (11), but it will close the Afi Festival in Hollywood on 10 November (11).
