The German supermodel - who is renowned for her elaborate Halloween costumes and throws a fancy dress party every year with her husband Seal - was wheeled into her 12th annual bash on Saturday night (29.10.11) under a white sheet covered in blood.
It was pulled back to reveal Heidi in a skinless dead body costume created by Bill Corso, a film make-up artist who has worked on 'Cowboys & Aliens' and 'X-Men: The Last Stand'.
The 38-year-old beauty - who has previously dressed as an eight-foot-tall alien transformer, a crow, a robot and a black cat - said: "My inspiration was just to be dead."
On Halloween in 2008, Heidi controversially dressed as the Hindu goddess Kali, which sparked outrage from Hindu leaders.
Elsewhere, reality TV star Kim Kardashian dressed up as 'Batman' character Poison Ivy, complete with red hair and a vine-covered green dress, while Victoria's Secret model Candice Swanepoel sported fake vampire teeth and creepy contact lenses.
