Michael Lohan Arrested Again, Despite Bizarre Tree Escape
Michael Lohan must be envious of the antics of his daughter Lindsay judging by his own escapades this week, the father of the 25-year-old actress and model was arrested again just a couple of days after being taken in on a domestic battery charge.
Previously, Reuters UK reported how Michael had been arrested following a call from his on-off girlfriend Kathryn Major claiming he'd allegedly thrown a TV remote at her - Major subsequently reported bruising and pain on her shoulder blades. Now the 51 year-old is back in custody just 12 hours after his initial release, with Tmz.com reporting he called up his distressed partner, including once when she was being interviewed by police over his previous misdemeanour. In a bizarre twist, Lohan was then arrested when the police turned up to his hotel but tried to escape by jumping from his third floor balcony - only to wind up falling into a tree. The police thus dragged him free and then arrested him. The last time he'd complained of chest pains and been taken to hospital in what was allaged to be an attempt to escape jail.
This all comes as his daughter Lindsay Lohan is working in a morgue for her community service where she must complete 16 hours before her next hearing on November 2nd 2011, she was turned away on her first day for arriving late.
