Pippa Middleton Credits Pilates for Fine Figure
Back in the work week grind, Pippa Middleton was spotted making her way around West London, England on Tuesday morning (October 4).
The adorable sister of Duchess Kate donned a vivid cyan top with stonewashed charcoal trousers as she toted a flower pot in hand upon arriving to her place of employment.
The sighting comes as Miss Middleton recently spoke with OK! magazine about how she maintains her trim figure - crediting her yearned for physique largely to Pilates.
“As someone who is always ‘on the go’, Pilates has been a wonderful escape from my busy lifestyle in London. Whether it’s 7 a.m. in the morning or 7 p.m. at night I always leave feeling calm, refreshed and invigorated.” the 28-year-old dished.
“Over the past few months I have noticed a huge difference in my core strength. From breathing techniques and muscle toning to my overall flexibility and relaxation, my Pilates sessions have become a weekly necessity – one that keeps me fit, happy and energized," she added.
