Swiss foundation New7Wonders Foundation has published a very surprising list of the new seven wonders of nature. Contrary to popular opinion about the most beautiful places on our planet's natural wonders on the list were very obscure location. The winners in the competition were determined by public vote. It seems that people are tired of the old nature's wonders and chose new ones that are not so popular in geography textbooks.

Halong Bay, Vietnam

The very name of the bay with the Vietnamese translates as "where the dragon descended into the sea." On a beautiful legend about. I was 21-years-old and to have Stella McCartney dressing me - well I felt like the hippest, coolest girl in the world. Up until the last minute Stella was working away, hand-sewing the hem. I woke up the next morning in my bed post-awards and without a little statuette on my bedside. I turned on the television to find out I was on every Worst Dressed list possible. So I called Stella and we just laughed our arses off and she said to me, "Look babe, it was the hair wasn't it?"

However, Kate says she will wear the dress again but will style her tresses in more stylish way.

She said: "To this day that now vintage dress hangs in my wardrobe, but I swear one day I'll wear it again. But Stella, I promise I'll do the hair differently."

Tameka Raymond filed court documents in Georgia asking the singer to be stripped of joint physical custody of their sons Usher, four, and Naviyd, three, because he has repeatedly skipped his legal obligations.

According to her documents, Tameka claims her former spouse has repeatedly failed to seek her permission to take the boys out of state, get her approval before hiring nannies, make her the first person he asks to look after the children when he is away for more than eight hours, all of which he is legally obligated to do.

She also alleges the 33-year-old star failed to allow her to have custody of the children for two weeks this summer or during the Christmas break in 2010, despite previously agreeing the access, and claims he closed her Saks 5th Avenue credit card after specifically saying he wouldn't so she can no longer take advantage of the "special benefits" the card offers.

Usher is allegedly behind on $34,000 worth of payments after promising Tameka $5,000-a-month to pay for a nanny.

She is also requesting more child support, arguing there has been a "substantial change" in her former spouse's income since they divorced in 2009.

A hearing on the matter has been scheduled for Wednesday (29.11.11).

Matt Smith has revealed he got to film all of his own stunts for the 'Doctor Who' Christmas special and for one sequence he had to escape a huge fireball.

Matt Smith had to escape a fireball for the Christmas special of 'Doctor Who'.

The actor - who portrays the titular time-travelling character - performed all of his own stunts for the festive episode of the BBC sci-fi series and is hoping he is allowed to continue shooting his own action sequences for the 2012 series.

He told Radio Times magazine: "I've been doing all my own stunts. One involves a huge explosion: I had just three seconds to jump back from this giant fireball.

"Believe me, the fireball does so much of the acting for you. It was only afterwards that I realised I could have been seriously charred!

"I've been really enjoying it. Hopefully we'll see a more action and adventure Doctor next season."

Matt also confirmed the forthcoming Christmas episode is set in World War II and sees The Doctor try and host a festive celebration for a family he meets but it takes on a "dangerous" twist.

The 29-year-old star - who is joined in the adventure by guest stars Bill Bailey, Claire Skinner and Arabella Weir - said: "The Doctor meets this plucky, feisty lady called Madge and finds out something very tragic about her life. So he invites her and her children back to his house to give them the best Christmas ever, which turns out to be the best Christmas ever in an extremely dangerous forest!"

Meanwhile, 'Doctor Who' fans who can't wait for the Yule Tide special can re-live the Time Lord's Christmas past.

The 'Doctor Who Experience' at London's Olympia will be hosting an alternative Christmas grotto which will take visitors on a time-travelling journey through the series' spectacular seasonal specials.

The grotto includes some of the show's most memorable festive props, including Kylie Minogue's maid costume from 'Voyage of the Damned' - which aired on Christmas Day 2007 - and the eerie Santa Robots from 'The Runaway Bride' which was broadcast at Christmas in 2006.

Other festive monsters on display include the Sycorax and the deadly Cybershades, while Abigail's Chamber and Kazran's Armchair, props from last year's 'A Christmas Carol' story - which starred Katherine Jenkins and Sir Michael Gambon - will also feature.

A traditional Santa Claus will also be on hand to meet and greet visitors as they explore the yuletide treasure trove and all children will receive a 'Doctor Who' gift worth over £5.

Tickets to the alternative grotto at the attraction are a £5 supplementary fee alongside regular tickets, but adults accompanying children can access the grotto with just their regular ticket.

"It's all about being happy, and I'm having a good time right now being in Beady Eye."

While Liam misses Oasis, he insists he wouldn't be in a band with Noel again because it would compromise him.

He told the San Francisco Chronicle newspaper: "I don't want to work anything out. He took the ball and left. The reason we split up is I'm not on his payroll. He could sack everyone else in the band, but he couldn't do that with me. I told him how it was and the only way for him to go was leaving the band. So he left.

"I don't miss being in a band with Noel. I actually like who I am and what I stand for. He's a bit of a social chameleon. He wouldn't look out of place in Coldplay's band."

Liam also insisted Beady Eye have never played Oasis songs live - unlike Noel, who's High Flying Birds shows feature several tracks from his back catalogue - to prove their fanbase is based on the strength of their own music, rather than past successes.

He added: "I could, if I wanted to, but we started out this band saying we're not going to play those songs. It's a lot more than can be said by Noel Gallagher. He'll never know if people are coming to hear him or Oasis. We're getting people who want to see Beady Eye. That, to me, is success."

Martin Scorsese does not like to think about the kind of legacy he will leave on cinema and would rather ''do the best he can'' and ''continue to make'' movies.

The 'Hugo' director - who won the Best Director Academy Award for 'The Departed' in 2007 - admits he does not consider what people will think about the films he has made, although he did in the early 90s following the success of his 1973 movie 'Mean Streets'.

He told MTV News: "Do I want to preserve my legacy as a filmmaker? Not really, maybe I was at one point. I'm not quite sure any more.

"I don't really know. I think at one point in the early 90s, there seemed to be a lot of films being made in America and in China and around the world that had been inspired by 'Mean Streets' that may still be the case or that may not be the case, I don't know any more.

"One tries not to think of that. One tries to do the best you can with each picture, hopefully continue making them and that they mean something, that they matter to people."

Chloe Moretz, who worked with Scorsese on current family film 'Hugo', recently admitted she had an amazing time working with him on the film.

She said: "Working with Scorsese was amazing, it was a dream come true. He's the most iconic director living now.

"Sir Ben Kingsley is ridiculous, he's an iconic actor and so working opposite him was something else."

Pitt and Aniston have only been in the same place together twice since their divorce in 2005; at the Academy Awards in 2009 and at 2010's 'Hope For Haiti' telethon. It's believed that they're not on speaking terms, with a source telling Us Weekly back in September "she will always think of him as a jerk."

The actress was spotted with a bandaged little finger on her left hand as she left her office in Brentwood, California, yesterday (28.11.11), after apparently breaking it.

As she walked, Reese's finger stuck out, wrapped in a small splint, to keep it straight and aid her recovery.

The singer has had an unlucky year, after she badly twisted her ankle and had to wear a soft cast on her left foot in May. She was then struck while jogging in Santa Monica by an elderly lady driving her car at around 20 miles per hour in September.

While she sported a black eye after the incident, Reese did not press charges against the 84-year-old driver and was reported to be "resting comfortably at home" shortly after the incident.

The elderly driver was subsequently ordered the Department of Motor Vehicles to retake her test, including undergoing a full eye examination and to provide a list of medication she was currently taking.

Accident prone Reese has recently admitted she has had to face up to a number of phobias, including an irrational fear of travel.

She said: "I used to not ever travel. I've gotten over so many phobias. Five years ago, I was terrified to travel. I was scared to leave my kids. It's still not the best feeling."

Bbc News reports that the late star's home city on the river Mersey has a host of tributes lined up for the former guitarist, with a concert having already taken place at 2pm Gmt this afternoon in the area's St. George's Hall and another scheduled to take place at 8pm Gmt in The Cavern Club, the venue memorably known as the location for The Beatles early gigs. Performers at the concerts will include two acts that Harrison signed to his group's Apple label - Brute Force and The Radha Krishna Temple. The Liverpool Anglican Cathedral will be holding a special ceremony in homage, and both Liverpool City Hall and St. George's Hall will be flying their flags at half-mast.

As one quarter of one of the most successful acts to ever grace the earth, Harrison enjoyed a career that - between 1962 and 1970 - saw 10 Number One UK albums and 17 Number One UK singles as well as substantial success in the United States. He also went on to have a glittering solo career in his own right, including two UK Number One albums in 1970's 'All Things Must Pass' and 1973's 'Living In The Material World.'
