Sick Chely Wright Cancels Gig
Country star Chely Wright has pulled out of a concert in Virginia at short notice after falling ill with influenza.
The Single White Female singer was due to perform at The Birchmere music venue in Alexandria on Thursday (20Oct11), but she has had to axe the gig after failing to overcome her sickness.
A post on her Twitter.com blog reads: "Unfortunately Chely is very sick w/ (with) the flu & has to cancel her show tonight at the Birchmere. We will update u (sic) soon w/reschedule info."
