The 'Off the Record' star has spent a hard year touring and promoting his forthcoming fourth album, 'Full Tank', but will take time off over the festive period to be with his family.
He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I'll be with my family, because my days are so busy and I hardly get to spend time with them, and Christmas time is family time.
"We'll probably go to either Bow [in East London] where I grew up, or just outside London to my sister's house, whatever we do our whole family will be together."
Tinchy,25, admits he has been getting behind on his Christmas shopping, but is planning to splash his cash on all his loved ones for Christmas.
He added: "Do you know what, I don't know what I want, but as far as everybody else, I've got a few ideas though, and a few people are getting treated, properly treated, I always like to treat my whole family."
Tinchy also thinks 'Full Tank' is his best record to date and he has "opened up" more than ever before.
He said: "I feel it is the best music I've recorded so far in being honest with myself.
"As a person I'm naturally cheeky, but in my music maybe I've held back a bit. When you first meet someone you meet them, then the second time you know them a bit better, and now I'm on my fourth album, and it's like you know me really well."
