Jeremy London's Rep Blasts Domestic Violence Charge
A representative for Jeremy London has blasted officials' decision to charge the embattled actor with domestic violence over a scuffle with his estranged wife, maintaining "no such abuse occurred".
Riverside County District Attorney's officials have charged the former Party of Five star with one count of misdemeanour domestic violence relating to an altercation with Melissa Cunningham last month (Nov11).
He faces up to one year behind bars if convicted of the crime, but his spokesperson has criticised authorities for the latest development in the case, claiming London is innocent.
The rep tells Tmz.com, "The allegation is false and no such abuse occurred."
London was accused of injuring Cunningham as they argued over the custody of their son Lyrik outside her Palm Springs, California home on 18 November (11).
