Noomi Rapace admits Niels Arden Oplev knows the ''darkest side'' of her after she worked with him on 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo'.
Noomi Rapace says 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo' director knows her "darkest sides".
The Swedish actress is once again teaming up with 'The Girl' trilogy director Niels Arden Oplev for new film 'Dead Man Down', also starring Colin Farrell.
The 31-year-old 'Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows' beauty said that although Niels put her through a tough time on the set of their first work, she cannot wait to work with him again.
She said "He knows me very well. It's almost like he's seen into my soul, and the darkest sides of me.
"I love working with him because we're quite similar - we're very passionate about what we do. Sometimes we fight about things, but we always come back to each other and respect each other a lot."
But Niels is not the only director Noomi has grown fond of as she particularly enjoyed her time on 'Alien' prequel 'Prometheus' with Ridley Scott.
She added to Collider.com: "It was the same with Ridley [Scott]. He's one of my heroes.
"After a couple of days, we became really close and it felt like we were really working together as a team, searching for and discovering things."
