Mastodon & Feist Team Up For 2012 Record Store Day
Singer/songwriter Feist is teaming up with heavy rockers Mastodon to record the oddest collaboration for next year's (12) Record Store Day.
Each act will cover one of the other's songs and the split seven inch release will hit select independent stores on 21 April.
Mastodon star Troy Sanders says, "The idea is for Mastodon to cover a Feist song and throw some hair and dirt on it. She'll take a Mastodon song and pretty it up a little bit."
