Miley Cyrus Denies Surgery Speculation
Miley Cyrus has dismissed rumours she's undergone breast enhancement surgery, insisting "these babies are all mine".
The singer/actress was snapped with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth on the red carpet at the Cnn Heroes event in Los Angeles on Sunday (11Dec11) sporting a noticeably fuller figure.
Fans speculated she had boosted her breasts with a cosmetic procedure, but Cyrus is adamant she's all natural.
In a post on her Twitter.com page, she writes, "Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine. I wish they'd realize (sic) you don't have to be fake to be beautiful!"
