Amelia Lily, X Factor Star, Dating One Direction Singer
Amelia Lily, the Middlesbrough-born singer and X Factor finalist, is reportedly dating the One Direction boy band star Niall Horan. The pair have said to have been 'secretly dating' since meeting at the Itv studios earlier in the series.
Amelia has previously been linked to X Factor 'bad boy' Frankie Cocozza and One Direction front-man Harry Styles - but she appears to have fallen for the boy band's most reserved member, Niall. The couple reportedly met when the band teamed up with the show's finalists to record a charity version of 'Wishing on a Star', with a source telling the UK's Daily Mirror, "'Niall and Amelia met backstage after One Direction performed on the show.Although Harry spent most time with her, it was Niall whose eye she caught. Niall can be pretty shy but he made his feelings clear. After swapping numbers, they were texting all week and met up on a secret date in London where they kissed for the first time". Niall aroused suspicions when he tweeted Amelia following her performance during Saturday's semi-final, saying, "'round one goes to miss amelia lily for me! cmon little mix ,not a disaster they will kill it next song! they lookin good tonight.little mix and amelia deffinate finalists! love them".
The One Direction boys have rarely been out of the press since finishing third in the competition last year. Harry Styles is allegedly dating the television presenter Caroline Flack - a woman 15 years his senior - while Zayn Malik has reportedly split with Rebecca Ferguson to date 'Little Mix' singer Perrie Edwards.
