Britney Spears finally got engaged to her boyfriend and former manager, Jason Trawick on December 15, which was Jason’s 40th birthday. Pics of the 3 carat rock were released the next night after her couple celebrated in Las Vegas.
Now the exes are starting to talk about Brit Brit’s big news, which means they are simply looking for another way to stay relevant because, truth be told, SHE’S MOVED ON!
Kevin Fatty Fatty Federline told TVWeek.com:
I’m really happy for her — I think he’s a great guy. She’s happy; she’s doing really well. I want to say she’s in a good place. I haven’t spoken to her much since I’ve been over here — both of us have been busy with her being on tour — but I do know from talking to the kids and talking to the kids’ teachers that they’re doing really good. It’s a good step in the right direction. I’m totally happy for her.
Cudos for being civil Kevin. Unfortunately, Brit’s ex-husband of 55-hours, Jason Alexander, was not as civil and happy about the engagement news. Jason told US Weekly that:
I know everyone wants me to be happy about this, but I am not. I think it’s fake and I think people are afraid to say it.
If you look at all the pictures between them there is no connection. They look like they are going through the motions. It seems like a answer to the court thing.
All I have to say to this dude – and I’m not trying to be overly defensive of our occasionally crazy Britney – but who are you again?????? She annulled your marriage!!!! Mind your business and get back to your own mediocre life!
