The New Girl in Town: Hi, I'm Danica, StyleBistro's New Executive Editor
Hi there! I'm Danica Lo, StyleBistro's brand-new Executive Editor.
Here at StyleBistro and Zimbio, we've always been obsessed with celebrity fashion and beauty—and we know you are too! Our readers are some of the most dedicated followers of celeb-inspired style on earth.
As the worlds of pop culture, fashion, and beauty continue to grow and as Hollywood's sphere of influence continues to expand, so will we. Stay tuned as we track every up-and-coming trend, analyze the heck out of your favorite A-list star's red carpet look, and bring you the best of the best celebrity street style.
We'll also be delving deeper into the world of fashion, beauty, and shopping. Drool with us (okay, sorry, that sounds gross) over the most beautiful Paris and New York runway looks, come with us behind-the-scenes at your favorite designer's atelier, get the scoop from industry insiders on the hottest new nail colors, hairstyles, and beauty products (before they even hit shelves!), and gird your loins for much, much, much more. Because here at StyleBistro, the possibilities are endless—and adventure is out there!
Finally, a quick word about me. I'm Danica, the site's brand-new executive editor. Most recently, I was the senior online fashion and beauty editor at Glamour; before that, I launched Racked National; and, before that, I was a fashion writer at the New York Post for, like, ever. Back in the day, I wrote a book called How Not to Look Fat (it came out in 2006 and the book is about exactly what the title says it's about) and was signed to Wilhelmina Models' 10-20 (plus size) division for a few years (I've never, not in my whole life, been "fashion size"—more on that later).
I can't wait to get started and I hope you'll come along for the ride!
