Steven Tyler - Aerosmith Singer Proposes To Girlfriend Erin Brady In Hawaii
Steven Tyler of the rock band Aerosmith has proposed to his girlfriend Erin Brady, according to a report from People today (December 29, 2011). Tyler proposed to his girlfriend of five years whilst on holiday in Hawaii. The ring that he chose as an engagement gift to his future wife was made by the jeweller Loree Rodkin. A spokesperson for the jeweller told People that Steven has been one of Rodkin's clients for some time and that the ring was "totally unique."
When they arrived back from vacation earlier this week, Erin was spotted wearing the ring, which is a 5 carat diamond, sitting on a micro pave diamond-and-platinum band. This will not be the first wedding for the 63 year old Aerosmith singer. Between 1978 and 1987, he was married to Cyrinda Foxe (one of Andy Warhol's models) and his last marriage, to the clothes designer Teresa Barrick, ended in 2006 - the same year that he started dating Brady.
Steven and Erin are not alone on agreeing to tie the knot, this festive period. They join fellow celebrity couples Holly Valance and Nick Candy as well as Matthew Mcconaughey and Camila Alves, who have also announced their engagements in recent days.
