Beyonce's Rep: Her First Interview Was 'Completely Made Up'
Okay, I no longer know what to believe in the world of Beyonce. As far as I’m concerned, Beyonce and Jay-Z are now SIM characters created by some bored teenager in his parents’ basement.
Earlier this week, Star UK published what was touted as Beyonce’s first post-pregnancy interview. It said things like “[Jay-Z] is a very protective husband” and “You have that instant connection once you know your child is growing inside you.”
Well now, Beyonce’s rep is saying that the entire interview is “completely made up,” and adds that Beyonce hasn’t said anything since Blue Ivy’s birth.
Access Hollywood asked Beyonce’s rep if that interview was at all legitimate.
“Absolutely not,” the rep responded.
But an editor for Star U.K. stands by the story.
“It is not made up or fictitious at all. We bought the interview from a reporter in the U.S. who conducted the interview with Beyonce before the birth,” the editor, who is not named, told Access Hollywood. “The reporter then obtained the ‘top-up’ info after the birth, which we believe to have been signed off by a girl on her LSM [Labor Service Management] team.”
The URL for the Beyonce “interview” has since been taken down. This leaves us with so many questions now. Is there an instant connection? IS Jay-Z protective? Will he change diapers after all? The suspense is killing me.
Meanwhile, Beyonce is set to make her first red carpet appearance since giving birth. Bey is set to make her appearance at the grand reopening of Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club on Wednesday night.
But will it be the real Beyonce? Or will we find out on Thursday that it was a fake Beyonce? Or do we even know who the real Beyonce is anymore…question everything, my friends. The truth is out there.
