Most dangerous celebrities web, Most dangerous online celebrity names revealed, Model Heidi Klum has been named the most dangerous celebrity name in cyberspace with the beauty rated most likely to expose Web users to an Internet virus or other online risks.
The model knocked Cameron Diaz off the top spot in the annual Most Dangerous Celebrities list by Web security firm McAfee.
The Hollywood actress now ranks at No2 in the top 10, which has run for the past five years.
It aims to reveal which big name stars are currently being used by cybercrooks to dupe Internet users into clicking infected Web links.
It's a common trick which allows criminals to hide viruses, malicious spyware and other dangerous content behind what look like legitimate Website addresses.
When clicked they can download viruses to a computer, or be used to steal personal details, financial information or credit card numbers in a bid to commit identity or financial fraud.
Other celebrities making the McAfee Most Dangerous Celebrities list includes journalist Piers Morgan, ‘Friends With Benefits’ actress Mila Kunis and Hollywood heartthrob Brad Pitt.
Paula Greve, director of Web security research at McAfee, said: "While slightly safer than last year, searching for top celebrities continues to generate risky results.
“Consumers should be particularly aware of malicious content hiding in ‘tiny’ places like shortened URLs that can spread virally in social networking sites, or through e-mails and text messages from friends."The dangers can also be hidden in pictures and movies making them even more difficult to spot.
Those falling out of the top 10 included model Gisele Bündchen, actor Tom Cruise and actresses Penelope Cruz, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Nicole Kidman and Julia Roberts.
Sports stars and singers were also judged to be safer in the last 12 months with Maria Sharapova dropping from 13th to 44th and Justin Bieber only at number 49.
