University of Texas at El Paso volleyball player Kelsey Elizabeth Moore has a new role to play. The 6-foot-2-inch middle blocker was crowned Miss Texas USA 2010 in Houston, Sunday. Moore will be available to the media at a press conference scheduled for Wednesday, September 9, at 11:30 a.m. at Café Central located on 109 N. Oregon Street. Moore, who is a native of Chandler, Arizona, will participate in the Miss USA pageant April 18, 2010, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
