Lindsay Lohan's Dad Arrested Again
Lindsay Lohan's dad Michael was back in custody on Thursday (27Oct11) for allegedly trying to contact his ex-girlfriend Kate Major just hours after he was released on domestic violence charges.
Lohan was ordered to stay away from Major as he was freed on $5,000 (£3,125) bail by a Florida court on Wednesday (26Oct11) after a bust-up at her apartment on Sunday (23Oct11).
But within hours of being set free, Lohan was reportedly trying to contact Major by phone - and when cops arrived at his hotel room in Tampa to investigate, he tried to flee by leaping from a third-floor balcony, according to Tmz.com.
He was arrested for violating a condition of his pre-trial release and was still in custody as WENN went to press.
