Shane Warne and Elizabeth Hurley will not have a pre-nuptial agreement and are in no hurry to get married yet.

Shane Warne and Elizabeth Hurley are not going to get a prenuptial agreement.

The couple got engaged last month and the 43-year-old former cricketer - who had been dating the 'Gossip Girl' actress for 10 months before proposing - insists they haven't discussed getting a legal contract to protect their respective fortunes.

When quizzed about a possible prenup at a press conference to launch the new Spin King toy Hot Wheels sports car in Sydney, Shane said: "I don't think we'll worry about that stuff."

Shane also admitted he and 46-year-old Elizabeth - who has a nine-year-old son Damian with former partner Steve Bing and was previously married to textile heir Arun Nayer - are in no rush to walk down the aisle as they are enjoying each other's company so much.

He said: "There has not been one chat about what date, where, anything like that. It hasn't been brought up once.

"We're in no rush to marry. We're a bit romantic and old-school and are enjoying being engaged for a while. We just want to live our life at the moment and see how that goes. We're enjoying each other, she makes me laugh.

"I'm sure she giggles with me and not at me."

Although his cricket career for Australia is over, Shane insists he is the happiest he has ever been at the moment and he is enjoying spending time with his three children - Brooke, 14, Jackson, 12, and 10-year-old Summer, his kids with his ex-wife Simone Callaghan - Elizabeth and her son.

He said: "For me, in my life at the moment, I'm in a really good place.

"My number one priority is my children and that's the most important thing - and my new family too, Elizabeth and her son Damian, and vice-versa.

"I'm in a great space personally ... and probably the happiest I've ever been."
